Seven Deadly Sins

Several years ago, I bought a small side-table at the West End Community Centre Art Show in Vancouver. There were two of them, one the Seven Virtues, the other the Seven Deadly Sins. Of course, the latter caught my attention! Its brightly painted text made me smile, a flip on such a heavy teaching. I stood there chatting with its creator, Victor Nowicki and decided “Yes, I want it.

It makes me laugh to see the words Lust, Envy, Gluttony, Avarice, Anger, Sloth, and Pride showing themselves off in my living space!

I thought it would be fun to explore each of the “Sins” in writing and came out of that.

I’m really pleased with it and hope you’ll take a look too. There are some blank pages so maybe you’ll add your own reflections in it.
